Dr. Jason Argiro, DO, FACOI

Dr. Jason Argiro is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician who shares a deep, personal commitment to the East End. Born and raised on Long Island, he provides comprehensive, personalized care grounded in trust, accessibility, and clinical excellence.
Dr. Argiro earned his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in German from the University of Delaware and received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the New York Institute of Technology in 2010.
- Local Expertise and Recognition: He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Southampton Hospital, where he was named Intern of the Year.
- A Familiar Presence in Local Medicine: Since 2013, Dr. Argiro has served as a highly respected Hospitalist at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. This role demands exceptional skill in managing complex, acute, and multi-system medical conditions, giving him a rare depth of diagnostic and management expertise. His leadership was recognized with his appointment as Assistant Director of Inpatient Medicine in 2022. Additionally, he served as a per diem hospitalist and detox physician at Eastern Long Island Hospital from 2022-2025, broadening his local clinical scope.
- Committed to Education: Dr. Argiro is Core Faculty for the Stony Brook Southampton Residency Program and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Stony Brook University's Renaissance School of Medicine, and was honored as Core Medical Students' Faculty of the Year. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists in 2019, recognizing his dedication to internal medicine.
In 2026, Dr. Argiro co-founded Hamptons Concierge Medicine to blend his extensive local clinical expertise with the convenience and unparalleled personal attention that East End residents deserve.
Dr. Argiro lives in Shinnecock Hills with his Hamptons native wife, Kristine, and their two daughters. Outside of medicine, he enjoys hot yoga, traveling, time on the water, gardening, and collecting fossils and antiquities.

Dr. David Capone is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with a profound connection to the Hamptons community. Born and raised on Long Island, he provides the most comprehensive, relationship-driven care expected on the East End.

Healthcare Administration Professional
As Office Manager of Hamptons Concierge Medicine, Tanisha Highsmith brings a distinguished blend of experience, community connection, and refined professionalism to the practice. A lifelong Southampton resident and graduate of the Southampton School District, Tanisha has spent more than a decade excelling in healthcare administration, including ten years supporting and collaborating with esteemed local physician Dr. Ralph Gibson. Her extensive operational expertise in medical practice management, attention to detail and natural ability to create welcoming, organized environments make her an essential presence within the practice.
Tanisha has been married for 24 years to her husband, Curtis, and is the proud mother of two children—Derrick and Camryn. She is also a devoted grandmother to her three grandsons—Zayden, Josiah, and Zaahir—who bring her tremendous joy.
Outside of work, Tanisha enjoys traveling, practicing Pilates, and immersing herself in a great book. Her professionalism, warmth, and deep-rooted commitment to the Southampton community enrich the patient experience and strengthen the foundation of Hamptons Concierge Medicine.

For more than two decades, Dr. Ralph Gibson has been a beloved and respected figure in the East Hampton medical community and the cornerstone of a long-standing internal medicine practice. He established an unparalleled reputation for exceptional clinical skill, genuine enthusiasm, and deep personal connection with his patients—many of whom entrusted him with their care for generations.
Dr. Gibson's dedication to medicine and leadership is reflected in his impressive career. A graduate of Harvard College, he earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and has M.D. from Cornell University Medical College, followed by his residency and service as Chief Resident at Lenox Hill Hospital. His extensive career spanned clinical medicine and healthcare leadership across institutions like the Suffolk County Department of Health and Montefiore Medical Center.
A true public servant, Dr. Gibson dedicated himself to the community, serving as Medical Director for emergency and municipal services and playing a vital role on the Town of East Hampton COVID-19 Task Force. His contributions have earned him multiple awards recognizing his professionalism and compassionate approach to care.
As Dr. Gibson transitions into a well-deserved retirement, he remains committed to the continuity of the high-touch, personalized care his patients have always known. He is supporting the new practice, Hamptons Concierge Medicine, in an advisory role.
